Question: How long is one able to rent one of your villas?

Answer: You may rent for as long as you wish. Typically we rent by the week or month. There is no set beginning or ending day; just make it according to your schedule.

Question: Are necessities such as towels, dishes and linens included in the rental?

Answer: Yes, everything is provided for your comfort.

Question: Is transportation readily available?

Answer: Absolutely. The Bonita Beach villa is 20 minutes from Greater Southwest Regional Airport; its a $20 limo ride; most rent a car.

How are the kitchen facilities?

You will find everything you need for yourself or for entertaining.

How are the locations?

Superb. The Bonita house is in a fast growing community, 12 miles to Naples; 12 miles to Ft. Myers with an abundance of restaurants, shopping malls, discount malls, theatres and beaches all within 5 minutes; you can ride your bike to some of them.

Is maid service available?

Yes, people tend to use a maid at the end of the stay.

How is security?

The Bonita house is in a gated community.

That is a unique feature of our property; the pools and spas are hidden from any surrounding houses.

What kind of communications are there?

We have cable TV with surround sound. Wireless High Speed Internet is included. We have a phone and fax.
